• Lead new customer installations, train and certify painters, and troubleshoot technical issues
• Conduct educational events to optimize paint and material system performance and profitability
• Demonstrate safety awareness and ensure the safe application of products
• Utilize account management tools to support key accounts and reinforce the technical support network

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience, specifically in the automotive sector
• Valid Driver's License required
• Strong computer skills, proficient in applications such as email, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Effective written, oral communication, and presentation skills
