Your Opportunity

We are looking for a tenacious and passionate Product Specialist to join B.Braun and promote our wide range of Neurosurgical products in Victoria and Tasmania

Reporting to the Business Manager, you will partner with Neurosurgeons, Nurses, Procurement and supply teams to drive sales growth, well supported by our dedicated Neurosurgery team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Partnering with Neurosurgeons, Nurses, and allied health to promote our Neurosurgery portfolio
  • Identifying customer needs, generating leads and presenting product information
  • Developing and implementing strategic territory sales and performance plans
  • Attending and providing technical support for neurosurgical cases, and facilitating product trials and evaluations
  • Developing long-term relationships with key opinion leaders in both clinical and purchasing areas

About You

Ideally, your background will include:

  • Several years’ experience in the Neurosurgery portfolio – rookies welcome
  • Proven track record of sales achievements in surgical devices, across private and public hospitals
  • Resilient and results driven, with a long term, relationship based sales approach
  • Strong team orientation and a desire to learn
  • Ability to build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders across all levels
  • Excellent communication and, time management, with high attention to detail

Additional Requirement

To be eligible to apply, you must have full working rights in Australia/NZ, a valid Driver’s Licence, the ability to travel nationally and internationally as required and be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
