Role Overview

The Product Sales Expert is an individual contributor role within our regional structure, focused solely on accelerating growth and increasing sales of one or a group of products. This role is fully accountable for meeting sales targets and involves translating product performance goals into regional targets and activities, maintaining proactive feedback from the market to HQ. Responsibilities include owning revenue KPIs, actively selling products in designated regions, and executing commercial activities in collaboration with HQ. Success is measured through sales velocity and revenue uplift indicators.

Main Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets and targets for identified accounts
  • Build, align, and execute regional and product go-to-market strategies
  • Drive product adoption in the region and support sales with product knowledge to increase opportunity closing rates
  • Develop effective market segmentation and go-to-market strategies, updating features and addressing market feedback
  • Establish a strong connection with HQ
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies with local and HQ teams to capitalize on them and address blockers
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to align priorities and initiatives, providing input on new growth areas and marketing strategies
  • Keep regional teams updated on product features and releases
  • Work with SOP to analyze product pipelines and strategize to meet targets
  • Regularly report on pipeline status, sales velocity, and conversion rates, partnering with HQ to resolve roadblocks
  • Coordinate with marketing to promote product wins and generate positive awareness
