Responsabilidades

• Definir e executar o roadmap do produto para pipeline bioinformático NGS.
• Gerenciar o backlog do produto, alinhando com objetivos de negócios.

Nosso cliente está buscando um PO com experiência em NGS Data Analysis para atuar em um projeto na área de testes para câncer.

Modelo de contratação: PJ.

Modelo de atuação: Remoto.

Pagamento: USD/h.

Requisito mandatório: Inglês avançado/fluent para conversação.

Domain Expertise:

• Strong background in Bioinformatics, Cancer Genomics, and NGS Data Analysis (Must Have)
• Experience with NGS pipelines, whole genome, whole exome, and transcriptomics workflows (Must Have)
• Knowledge of clinical genomics guidelines (FDA, CLIA, CAP, AMP) (Nice to Have)

Technical & Software Development Knowledge:

• Understanding of NGS tools, workflows, and cloud-based orchestration (AWS HealthOmics, Nextflow, etc.) (Nice to Have)
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and documentation best practices (Must Have)
• Experience with JIRA & Confluence for requirement tracking and task management (Nice to Have)

Product Management & Leadership:

• Proven experience as Product Owner in bioinformatics, clinical genomics, or oncology-related software environments (Nice to Have)
• Strong requirement gathering, task prioritization, and delivery-focused mindset (Nice to Have)
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder engagement skills (Must Have)

Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge:

• Familiarity with FDA regulatory requirements for genomics software (Nice to Have)
• Experience with CSV and compliance documentation (Nice to Have)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define and execute the product roadmap for NGS bioinformatics pipeline and supporting software.
2. Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and clinical needs.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize NGS pipeline performance and data analysis.
4. Define epics, user stories, and software requirements in JIRA & Confluence.
5. Work with bioinformaticians and engineers to ensure seamless NGS data analysis.
6. Lead Agile ceremonies.
7. Provide expertise during SDLC.
8. Develop documentation for CSV and ensure FDA compliance.
9. Refine NGS pipeline, variant analysis, and clinical reporting using bioinformatics knowledge.
10. Ensure pipeline compliance with cancer genomics standards.
11. Collaborate to enhance genome, exome, and transcriptomics analysis.
12. Communicate effectively across teams.
13. Coordinate with regulatory teams for compliance.
14. Develop verification and validation plans with QA.
