We are seeking a Product Owner - DevOps to play a key role in our transition to a Hypergrowth Company. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with international teams and lead technological innovation in secure DevOps practices. You will be responsible for the DevOps Secret Manager (DSM) product, focusing on managing secrets and credentials within DevOps environments to ensure security and efficiency. You will work closely with development, DevOps, design, and business stakeholders to align the product roadmap with company goals and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the DSM product backlog, ensuring alignment with high-value features and customer needs.
• Develop detailed user stories and transform business requirements into technical specifications tailored to DevOps practices.
• Engage with stakeholders (internal and external) to gather feedback, align expectations, and promote transparency and collaboration.
• Plan and oversee DSM sprints, ensuring consistent, timely deliveries aligned with agile practices and organizational goals.
• Conduct market research and analyze cybersecurity and DevOps trends to identify innovation and product improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to validate acceptance criteria, ensuring product quality across various environments and platforms.
• Develop an inspiring product vision for DSM, serving as a product evangelist and aligning development with company strategic objectives and best DevOps practices.
• Define and monitor KPIs, using data to inform decisions and identify areas for continuous improvement in product performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications (must Have)

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in agile software development, focusing on DevOps and cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD, automation, containers (e.g., Docker), and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Full proficiency in English (written, reading, and conversation).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage technical and business teams.
• Analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

Nice To Have

• Relevant certifications include CSPO, PMP, CISSP, CISM, Kubernetes, Docker, DevOps Foundation.
• Experience in UX design, improving user experience in security and DevOps products.
• Knowledge of security regulations (ISO 27001, GDPR, LGPD).
• Experience with cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) and security in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, integrating security into the development lifecycle.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation languages (Python, Go, Shell).
