What you\'ll do:

• Identify bottlenecks in our product and operational processes and design solutions

• Use SQL and Python to automate reports, build dashboards, and clean data flows

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and ops teams to improve tooling and systems

• Create documentation and implement best practices for scalable processes
