We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to join the Go-To-Market Strategy team at V4 Company. You will be responsible for ensuring our products and solutions are developed and positioned clearly, desirably, and scalably in the market, serving as a bridge between product, marketing, sales, and customer success.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Conduct market and competition research to identify opportunities and trends.
2. Create product narratives based on jobs to be done, customer pains, and perceived benefits.
3. Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and solutions with squads.
4. Develop strategic content such as pitches, landing pages, presentations, and sales scripts.
5. Coordinate enablement campaigns for sales, franchises, and customer success, focusing on adoption and engagement.
6. Generate internal and external buzz, validating positioning with community and partner networks.
7. Support the product team with market and user insights for continuous offering evolution.
8. Measure and monitor KPIs related to adoption, activation, engagement, and commercial impact.

Requirements and Qualifications

1. Strong experience in Product Marketing, especially in planning and executing go-to-market strategies.
2. Proficiency in market research techniques and persona development.
3. Knowledge of positioning frameworks (e.g., Obviously Awesome) and value propositions.
4. Skills in copywriting and UX writing focused on conversion.
5. Familiarity with marketing and sales funnels and tools like RD Station, Notion, and Kommo.
6. Understanding of product metrics such as LTV, CAC, NPS, MPA, and frameworks like Revenue Architecture and MOVE.
7. Excellent communication (oral and written), organization, and cross-squad collaboration skills.
8. Proactive, strategic profile with ownership mentality and problem-solving focus.
