Overview

Why this role matters:

As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll play a critical role in launching edrone in one of the most strategic regions for our LATAM growth - Mexico. This role exists to make sure users quickly grasp the value of our Marketing Automation platform, adopt the right features, and smoothly transition from Free to Paid. You’ll shape how our product is positioned, experienced, and understood from day one, turning product value into measurable business outcomes.

About the role:

You'll own how we communicate product value across the user journey - from onboarding flows to in-product messaging. You’ll work closely with Product, Marketing and Sales to ensure our messaging resonates with the Mexican market. In a data-informed environment, you'll translate customer and product insights into scalable tactics that drive activation, adoption, retention and revenue. You will be reporting directly to Cristiano Mendes, CCO LATAM.

  • Work on a product already used by 2,500+ eCommerce brands across Brazil and Poland
  • CLT contract with a monthly salary of R$9.000-R$12.000.
  • Fully remote work, with occasional visits to our office in São José dos Campos (SJC), Brazil

What you’ll be doing:

  • Positioning & Messaging Strategy: Define and validate the value proposition for the Mexican eCommerce market. Create high-converting copy for the website, pricing page, and landing pages
  • PLG Funnel Optimization: Design and improve the Free Tier onboarding experience, reduce Time-to-Value (TTV), and define PQL (Product Qualified Lead) triggers
  • Market & User Intelligence: Conduct user and PQL interviews to identify objections and churn reasons. Monitor the competitive landscape and pricing trends in Mexico

Who you are:

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Growth Product Management — ideally in a SaaS environment
  • (A must): Proven experience working with or within the Mexican market, with a strong grasp of local user behavior and market dynamics
  • Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (professional working proficiency or native level)
  • What success looks like in the first 3 months:
  • Activation Rate: % of new signups completing the core action.
  • Time-to-Value (TTV): Reduction in the time it takes for a user to see the first result.
  • PQL Volume & Quality: Volume of Free users who achieve PQL status.
