Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to own the Identity Platform and drive the migration of identities from a legacy monolith to a next‑generation microservices platform. You will define canonical person and organization models and work across enterprise sales, operations, customer service, and finance to ensure identity accuracy at scale.

• Experience with SCIM 2.0 provisioning and HRIS integrations (e.g., Workday, UKG, ADP).
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Product Manager at BairesDev

In this role, you'll own an Identity Platform as the authoritative source of truth for every principal on the network, including corporate customers, individual users, and internal operators. Your near-term mandate is migrating existing customer and commercial identities off a legacy monolith onto a next-generation microservices platform, establishing clean canonical person and organization models along the way. What You'll Do

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Proven experience owning IAM platforms at scale in a multi-sided marketplace or enterprise SaaS environment with multiple principal types.
• Experience with authorization modeling, including RBAC, ABAC, or ReBAC.
• Background leading large-scale identity migrations off a monolith.
• Experience with SCIM 2.0 automated provisioning and HRIS integration, such as Workday, UKG, or ADP.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Nice To Have

• Build vs buy judgment on commercial identity infrastructure such as Auth0, Okta, or Entra ID.
• Experience with Temporal for cross-domain provisioning workflows.
• Experience operating an identity platform under a compliance framework such as SOC 2, GDPR, or CCPA/CPRA.
