Key Responsibilities

• Lead product initiatives fromdiscovery and ideationthroughscoping, launch, and iteration.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to define and deliver platform and digital product features.
• DriveAPI productizationand ensure that backend services and platform capabilities are robust and scalable.
• Contribute tomanual QA testingprocesses, including writing and executing test cases.
• Utilize tools likeJira,Trello, or similar for project tracking and management.
• Produce clear documentation and communication materials to support collaboration.
• Proactively identify challenges and opportunities, with a bias for action and ownership.

Must Have:

• 4+ yearsof experience inproduct managementor similar product-focused roles.
• Proven experience managing thefull product lifecycleindigital productsandAgileenvironments.
• Strong understanding of thesoftware development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience withmanual QA testing, including test case design and execution.
• Experience withJira, Trello, or other project management and bug tracking tools.
• Comfort working intechnical domains(APIs, backend services, enterprise-level platforms).
• Strongcross-functional collaborationskills and the ability to lead initiatives without direct authority.
• Excellentcommunication skillsand ability to produce clear documentation.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and a passion for building impactful products.
