Exim & Mfr Enterprise in Brazil is seeking a Product Management/Marketing professional to shape and manage a structured product portfolio. You will identify categories, define roadmaps, and coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, and technical teams to drive growth.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or marketing and at least 5 years in Product Management, Product Marketing, Technical Sales, or Application Engineering in industrial settings.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Technical Sales, Application Engineering, or a related commercial role within an industrial or engineering environment.
• Good understanding of product portfolio management and product lifecycle management.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate product features, applications, and value propositions.

Aufgaben

• Develop and establish a structured product portfolio across offerings.
• Evaluate current portfolio and recommend rationalization, expansion, or consolidation based on market trends and customer needs.
• Develop product roadmaps and category strategies to support long-term growth.
• Develop and implement a structured product training roadmap for Sales, Customer Service, and other functions.
• Deliver regular product, application, and solution-based training to strengthen product knowledge and consultative selling skills.
• Act as the internal SME by providing technical advice and product support for customer inquiries and key sales opportunities.
• Develop and maintain product manuals, sales playbooks, technical guides, and training materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers and principals to organize product certification, workshops, and new product launch training.
• Support the Sales team by providing product expertise during customer meetings and technical discussions.
