Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager in Brazil to lead the development of our digital products, ensuring they align with the needs of guests, homeowners, and Portoro staff. You will be responsible for identifying key challenges, driving intuitive product solutions, and optimizing processes with integration-heavy products to enhance operations efficiency and user satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and deeply understand our customers' needs across guests, homeowners, and internal teams, aligning UX, technology, and business objectives to solve problems effectively.
  • Manage and prioritize feature development, ensuring alignment with business goals and user expectations.
  • Lead Product Designers in crafting thoughtful, intuitive, and complete features.
  • Facilitate communication, review, and approval of designed features with stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  • Write clear and actionable product specifications, balancing detail and lean execution to streamline development.
  • Review each developed feature for quality assurance before launch, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Oversee product launches, ensuring effective communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve team workflows, processes, and tools, driving efficiency and quality in product execution.
  • Implement and oversee monitoring strategies to track product performance and ensure ongoing improvements.
  • Gather and respond to feedback, proactively prioritizing bug fixes and product enhancements.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products, systems, and integrations, documenting them as needed.
  • Provide support to Operations, Guest Experience, and Homeowner Success teams by troubleshooting product issues and offering solutions.

  • A strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experienced in creating integration-heavy and operations-focused tech products for our internal teams.
  • Passionate about delivering an exceptional user experience.
  • A strong communicator who can effectively align diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience managing product roadmaps and prioritization frameworks.
  • Proficient in writing clear, lean and actionable product specifications.
  • Adept at working in fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams.
  • Experienced in using data and customer insights to drive decision-making.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in product management in technology-driven industries.
  • Experience developing products for operation efficiency, with tech/integrations-heavy requirements.
  • Experience working with agile methodologies and product development tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to monitor product performance and user behavior.
  • Hospitality-related industry experience is a plus.
