Job summary

ExxonMobil in Curitiba is seeking a Product Lifecycle Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of assigned products—from concept to commercialization and end-of-life—ensuring customer needs are met and regulatory requirements are satisfied.

The role requires collaboration across commercial, technical, and operations teams to align product strategy with business goals, drive profitability, and manage product availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• Experience in product management, operations, manufacturing, or supply chain roles.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in cost, profitability, and performance analysis.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and coordinate/execute day-to-day operational tasks with urgency.
• Experience in Chemicals, Petrochemicals, FMCG, Automotive, or similar industries.

Job Role Description

The Product Lifecycle Manager is responsible for overseeing the complete lifecycle of assigned products—from concept and development through commercialization, optimization, and end-of-life management. This role ensures products meet customer needs, comply with regulatory requirements, and deliver strong commercial and operational performance. The position requires close collaboration across commercial, technical, and operations teams to align product strategy with business objectives.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Product Strategy & Roadmap

  Develop and maintain product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals and market needs

  Identify growth opportunities, product improvements, and portfolio optimization initiatives

  Translate market insights and customer requirements into actionable product plans
