Amazon Inc. Brasil is seeking a Growth Leader for Amazon Crédito to own growth strategy, product roadmap, and P&L. You will partner with Product, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Risk and Legal to turn data into bold bets and measurable impact across the customer lifecycle.
You will design experiments, shape partnerships with BaaS providers and credit bureaus, optimize funnel and margins, and translate insights into scalable initiatives in Brazil's regulatory landscape.
Amazon is the world’s largest e-commerce and cloud computing company, serving hundreds of millions of customers across 20+ countries and reshaping how people shop, pay, and access financial services. Amazon Payment Products BR has the mission to launch and manage payments products that will drive affinity and affordability to our customers. Amazon Crédito is Amazon’s first‑party lending product in Brazil, offering credit solutions directly to customers on our platform.
This role oversees the growth strategy, product roadmap, and P&L performance for Amazon Crédito. The successful candidate will combine deep business acumen with analytical rigor to drive measurable improvements not only through incremental funnel optimization, but through leap growth opportunities, strategic partnerships, structural changes to the business model, cost structure transformation and new revenue streams that fundamentally change the trajectory of the product. This requires someone who thinks like a business owner: fluent in P&L dynamics, able to identify where margin is created or destroyed, and capable of building conviction around bold bets while managing risk. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments, someone who can go deep on data to identify root causes and growth opportunities, then shift to managing complex stakeholder landscapes, coordinating with external partners (BaaS providers, fund managers and administrators, credit bureaus, regulatory bodies) and internal teams (Product, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Risk, and Legal), to drive solutions from problem identification through launch and impact measurement.
