We are looking for a skilled, passionate, and highly motivated IT Product Engineer to be involved in the full Systems Development Life Cycle and provide support to system users.

We require individuals who are strong believers in continuous improvement and are constantly driven to bring about positive change to processes.

What you'll need to bring to the team

• Successful candidates will play a major part in SDLC and support internal system users.
• Be a highly respected team member capable of supporting complex technical issues.
• Actively collaborate with the team, support the development of, and execute strategies to mature support.
• Drive system improvements and operational efficiencies.

What you'll be doing

• Involve in R&D, design, implementation, integration, testing, and deployment of software applications.
• Lead and coordinate specific application module development activities.
• Conduct technical analysis and design of application modules and databases.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to developers.
• Ensure modules meet architecture and standards, including code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
• Engage in continuous process improvement.

Experience and Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager in a Software/Technology context.
• Strong technical expertise with the ability to work confidently with customers and stakeholders.
• Experience in an Agile environment, ideally in software product development, using methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, or XP.
• Fast learner, adaptable, resilient, and self-confident.
• Strong networking, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Strong understanding of business processes and problem-solving skills to translate into technical requirements.
• Experience in the identity and fraud industry is an advantage.
• Relevant certifications in domain, technology, or product ownership are a plus.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence for requirements management.
• Experience with user interface development and collaboration with UX teams.
