What you'll do:

As aProduct DevelopmentEngineer (Laboratory) you will be responsible for the elaboration,executionof tests following global procedures, as well as being responsible fordocumentation, test procedure elaboration and reports, for Food Preservation products. If you have great analytical andcollaborative skills, are always up to date with the latest technologies and trends and need a place to exercise all of your creativity, this is your chance!

In detail, you will:

• Development of arefrigeration systemin refrigerators, freezers, combined, frost-free,testingthe products according to national standards, international standards and internal procedures;

• Reoperate products (exchange of components), install it, adjust it in the chambers with acquisition systems;

• Prepare the products with thermocouples, valves and components;

• Compile test data and make a critical analysis of the results;

• Develop technical evaluation reports;

• Accomplish the assembly of prototypes;

• Accompany field tests;

• Create operational logic for products and components (runs routines);

• Prepare and present technical materials for project meetings;

• Evaluate reports of suppliers and research centers;

• Capture external scientific knowledge (universities, research centers etc);

• Determine and classify levels of energy efficiency for the national and international markets;

• Participate and produce benchmarking materials and “FMEA” analyzes.

As part of the culture ofcontinuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).

Who you are:

You have:

• Bachelor's Degree inMechanical orMechatronics Engineering;

• Desired experience inthermodynamicsand refrigeration systems;

• Desired Experience in alaboratory settingortestingenvironment;

• Desired some knowledge oflaboratory equipment, dataacquisitionssystem,testing;

• Advanced Office skills;

• Advanced English.

You will be based at the Guabirotuba plant in Curitiba.
