We’re hiring a Product Designer based in São Paulo to join a cross-functional team focused on building modern, enterprise-grade software. You’ll help shape user experiences that are functional, scalable, and technically aligned, while learning from a team that values execution, clarity, and collaboration.

This is a hands-on role that blends product thinking, interaction design, and visual execution. You’ll work on a mix of new product features and refinements to existing tools, all used by real users in high-impact environments.

What You’ll Do:

• Design UX and UI for enterprise SaaS tools — including dashboards, permissions/auth flows, and data-heavy interfaces
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other designers to turn product ideas into intuitive, user-centered solutions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with product goals and technical constraints
• Participate in user research and usability testing to inform and iterate on design decisions
• Contribute to evolving design systems and standards across multiple product lines

What You Bring:

• 2–4 years of experience designing digital products, ideally in SaaS, B2B, or enterprise environments
• A portfolio that shows thoughtful UX design, clear visual execution, and experience with complex workflows
• Familiarity with enterprise patterns such as RBAC, authentication, and dashboard UI
• Comfortable working alongside engineers using .NET, AWS, and Typescript
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset — you’re eager to learn and contribute in a team setting
• Bonus: Experience working on AI-integrated products or design systems
