The Role

As a Product Designer at Brightscout, you will lead the design vision for our clients' digital products, from concept to launch, collaborating with project managers, product owners, engineers, and stakeholders. You will conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, and iterate based on feedback, ensuring consistency and innovation in design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion the product vision, aligning with business goals through market analysis.
• Lead workshops to prioritize features and conduct user research to develop personas and user flows.
• Create and maintain design systems, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Ensure smooth hand-offs to developers and support implementation.
• Communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet user needs and business objectives.
• Stay updated with design trends and tools to foster innovation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in a digital agency or product-driven environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design skills.
• Experience leading user research and translating insights into designs.
• Proficiency in Figma, Figjam, and creating prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
• Understanding of Agile and Lean UX methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to solve complex user problems and balance multiple project demands.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Agile environments.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Designing for multiple platforms (web, mobile).
