A global gaming company is seeking a Product and Games Services Manager in Brazil. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of market experience, lead game sourcing and evaluation, and collaborate across teams for successful game launches. Game Sourcing & Evaluation
Lead the identification and assessment of potential game titles for publishing through strategic market research, trend forecasting, and proactive developer engagement.
Establish and cultivate strong, long-term partnerships with game developers and studios to build a robust content pipeline.
Market & Player Insights
Oversee the design and execution of qualitative and quantitative research initiatives to gain deep insights into player behavior, preferences, and market gaps.
Analyze domestic and international gaming trends to guide strategic publishing decisions and portfolio diversification.
Product & Cross-Functional Alignment
Drive collaboration across internal teams (Product, Marketing, Community, QA, and Localization) to ensure seamless game launches and live operations.
Lead the development and maintenance of publishing roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market timelines.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Define and oversee marketing strategies for each game, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and audience segmentation.
Manage execution of go-to-market plans, including promotional campaigns, influencer partnerships, and community engagement initiatives.
Live Operations & Performance Optimization
Manage the operational lifecycle of live games, including content updates, in-game events, and user engagement strategies.
Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for optimization and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or gaming related field.
8+ years of experience in games market, acting in different functions like product, marketing campaigns, user research, testing and business development.
Understanding of gaming culture and gaming market in Brazil and Latin America.
Ability in negotiation and communication.
Leadership Skills and experience of leading teams for 3+ years plus.
Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
