This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Donorbox. We are currently looking for a Product Analyst in Latin America. As a Product Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in helping product teams make data-driven decisions to improve features, optimize user experience, and measure impact. You will define, implement, and monitor product metrics, ensure data accuracy, and provide actionable insights to guide product strategy. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and data analysis. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to work in a high-growth, mission-driven environment where your insights directly influence product success and user engagement. You will contribute to improving processes, tracking key results, and shaping product strategy with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define, track, and analyze key product success metrics across multiple product teams, including quarterly OKRs
• Work with product managers to implement and evaluate conversion funnels and feature performance
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure accurate and complete data collection for all new product launches and updates
• Serve as the primary point of contact for product usage data requests from design and product teams
• Bridge communication and technical gaps between Product and Data departments, translating business needs into data requirements
• Monitor data quality and troubleshoot issues related to event tracking or data loss
• Assist with setting up and analyzing A/B tests and other experimental feature rollouts
• Prepare and present dashboards and reports on product performance to stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or in a similar data-focused role
• Expertise with web analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
• Hands-on experience with advanced product analytics tools like Heap, Posthog, or Pendo
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across multiple teams
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing data
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience with A/B testing and feature rollout platforms
• Bonus skills: familiarity with data warehousing, Python or R for analysis, UX/product design knowledge, and agile development experience
