Also for PwDWe are looking for a Product Analyst to join our agile digital team and support the development and optimization of consumer-facing Healthcare and Specialized Nutrition websites across multiple markets. This role is crucial in transforming consumer insights and business requirements into actionable digital improvements that deliver business value and elevate the user experience.
As part of a Scrum team, you will work closely with a Product Owner, UX/UI designers, developers, data analysts, and business stakeholders to support the product lifecycle — from discovery to delivery and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
· Collaborate with the Product Owner to define and refine the product backlog based on business objectives and consumer needs.
· Translate business requirements into clear user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
· Support sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives as an active Scrum team member.
· Conduct competitive benchmarking, site audits, and consumer behavior analysis to uncover product insights.
· Work with developers and QA to ensure accurate implementation of features and bug resolutions.
· Leverage web analytics tools (e.g., GA4, GTM, Tag Commander, Hotjar, Adobe Analytics) to monitor product performance and propose enhancements.
· Assist in A/B testing, UX research coordination, and data-driven decision-making for website improvements.
· Document product requirements, process flows, and support stakeholder communication.
Must-Have
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
· 2–4 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role in a digital product team.
· Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
· Experience working with content-heavy websites, ideally in healthcare, specialized nutrition, or CPG industries.
· Knowledge of web analytics, user research, and UX/UI fundamentals.
· Strong documentation and requirements-gathering skills.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Nice to Have
· Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other CMS platforms.
· Background in Healthcare, Pharma, or Specialized Nutrition industries.
· Exposure to tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Hotjar, or Optimizely.
· Bilingual: English and Portuguese (Americas market coordination, Spanish is a plus).
