What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and triage low-dollar spend and procurement categories efficiently
- Accurately classify external workers and ensure compliant onboarding
- Negotiate favorable contract terms in collaboration with Legal and other stakeholders
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and procurement-related issues promptly
- Partner with Procurement Analysts to align sourcing strategies with business goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant procurement experience
- Strong negotiation skills and foundational knowledge of contract management
- Proficiency with Workday procurement modules
- Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Experience with MSP programs and external workforce management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with HR and legal compliance processes related to procurement
