Responsibilities
- Manage and administer contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies
- Coordinate red-line resolution processes with project managers, suppliers, and legal teams
- Provide RFP support to project managers, including guideline delivery and communication facilitation
- Assist in preparing client funding documentation and serve as the primary contact for procurement inquiries
- Ensure compliance with risk management and procurement guidelines across all project activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement, contract management, or commercial real estate
- Proficiency in procurement management systems, with Aravo experience preferred
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
- Strong understanding of legal contract terminology and red-lining processes

- Previous experience with RFP processes and contract negotiations
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of compliance and risk management principles
