DNV is seeking an experienced Process Safety Coordinator to broaden their career into team coordination, business development, and project leadership while remaining connected to technical work. You will lead a diverse team and ensure projects meet client needs and financial targets.

You will collaborate with customers to understand needs, develop winning proposals, and coordinate resources across the organization to deliver value.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Process Safety or Asset Risk Management.
• Project delivery and management with commercial and financial awareness.
• Ability to understand customers and market, and build client relationships.
• Coordinate people and resources across teams to deliver value.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
• Proactive, results-oriented with problem-solving mindset.
• Collaborative and adaptable, committed to professional development.

About You

• Degree in engineering or another relevant technical field.
• Solid experience in Process Safety or Asset Risk Management.
• Experience in project delivery and project management, including commercial and financial awareness.
• Good understanding of customers and the market, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Ability to coordinate people and resources, support competence development, and work effectively across teams.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and motivated to develop both personally and professionally.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese. Spanish is a plus.
