Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Process Engineer located in Guadalajara, South Campus.

Reporting to the NPI Manager, this role involves responsibilities for new product introduction and process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to support a metals manufacturing organization.

What a typical day looks like:

• Define, Implement and evaluate the sheet metal manufacturing process, technologies, techniques, and the product.
• Prepare justification, purchase, and implement capital equipment for production.
• Assist in the development of training and provide training to production personnel during new technology transfer.
• Develop and maintain process documentation.
• Interface with the production of all activities associated with new process implementation and transfer.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in Bending metals or similar position in electronic manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge in automotive industries and NPI process.
• English communication skills (verbal and Written).
