Job summary

Vertiv in São Paulo, Brazil, seeks a professional to oversee performance management and data analytics across our service operations. You will govern KPI definitions, data sources, calculation logic, and reporting cadence to drive business insights and accountability.

This role collaborates with IT and cross-functional teams to translate needs into system requirements, lead testing and deployment, and support audits and compliance initiatives, including ISO 55001 readiness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in process governance, data analytics, reporting, or business systems coordination.
• Experience leading teams and collaborating across functions in a regional environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with KPIs, dashboards, data quality, process documentation, and controls.

IT Interface & Systems Development

• Translate business needs and process rules into clear system and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate testing, validation, deployment, and enhancement of business tools with IT and users.

• Maintain governance documentation and controls and support internal and external audits.
• Coordinate evidence, gap tracking, and reporting for compliance and ISO 55001 readiness.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in process governance, data analytics, reporting, or business systems coordination.
• Experience leading teams and working across functions in a regional environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with KPIs, dashboards, data quality, process documentation, and controls.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Service Operations or technical service environments.
• Familiarity with workflow automation, asset management, and continuous improvement concepts.
• Spanish proficiency for LATAM collaboration are desirable.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data, Process Management, or a related field.
