Towne Park Senior Living in Brazil, IN is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our therapy team as a PRN clinician. You will perform screenings, evaluations, re-evaluations, and discharge planning to support residents’ independence and quality of life.

Under physician supervision, you will revise plans of care, document outcomes, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide patient-centered rehabilitation.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state license required.
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national boards.

Qualifications

Job Summary: The Speech-Language Pathologist shall conduct screenings, evaluations, re-evaluations, discharge planning, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician.

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
• Active state license required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.
• Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure. Screening requirements may vary by location.
