Geriatric / Long-Term Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Position Details:

• Employment Type: Part-Time to Full-Time Per Diem / PRN
• Location: Brazil, IN
• Facility Type: Nursing Home
• Shift: 6a-6p/ 6p-6a AND 6a-2p/ 2p-10p/ 10p-6a

Pay Details:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $37.50 per hour

Geriatric / Long-Term Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements:

• Must have six months of recent Geriatric / Long-Term Care LPN experience in a Nursing Home setting
• Active Indiana Licensed Practical Nurse License required
• Current In-Person BLS Certification required
