Mission
Act as a trusted financial thought partner embedded in the Portfolio company, supporting value creation through rigorous financial analysis, cash flow management, and data-driven insight generation. The Analyst will combine technical depth in finance with business acumen to provide clarity, challenge assumptions, and anticipate the financial consequences of operational and strategic decisions — all while operating with high autonomy and resilience.
- Deliver Robust Financial Analyses: Deliver accurate, robust financial models that directly support investment decisions and business planning. Provide clear financial insights that address risks, trends, and value creation opportunities. Keep models up to date and aligned with the company’s financial performance and projections.
- Generate Strategic Business Insights: Rapidly build understanding of the Portfolio company’s operations and key drivers of business performance. Identify and quantify operational inefficiencies or growth opportunities through independent analysis. Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations that influence strategic direction.
- Enable High-Impact Communication: Produce high-quality presentations and analysis packs used in board meetings and investment committees. Communicate insights in a concise, decision-oriented format tailored to executive audiences. Ensure consistent alignment and information flow between the Portfolio and investment teams.
- Drive Independent Execution & Confidentiality: Manage and deliver analysis workstreams independently, without need for daily supervision. Own outcomes end-to-end, from framing the problem to presenting the solution. Handle sensitive business topics and data with confidentiality.
Responsibilities and qualifications
- Deliver accurate, robust financial models that support investment decisions and business planning, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, DCF, LBO, and sensitivity analyses. Keep models current and aligned with financial performance.
- Build understanding of the Portfolio company’s operations and key drivers. Identify operational inefficiencies or growth opportunities through analysis. Translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Create high-quality presentations for board and investment committees. Communicate insights clearly to executive audiences. Facilitate information flow between Portfolio and investment teams.
- Manage analysis workstreams independently, from framing the problem to presenting solutions. Handle sensitive data with confidentiality.

Minimum requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in Private Equity or Investment Banking.
- Experience with financial modeling, due diligence, or portfolio monitoring.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Confidentiality and high-stakes environment experience.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases.
- Understanding operational KPIs and their financial impact.
