About the job

As a Print & Multimedia Designer, you will craft visually compelling print assets for events, campaigns, and multimedia content. Collaborating with marketing, business development, and external partners, you will ensure brand-aligned, accurate design content that supports successful events and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality print materials and event graphics supporting Tether’s initiatives, ensuring visual consistency and collaborating with production partners for flawless execution.
• Develop visual content for landing pages, social media banners, campaign imagery, and videos across platforms.
• Design innovative concepts for Tether’s units, focusing on fintech and communication tech.
• Customize content for each channel to boost engagement and traffic.
• Share design ideas and insights, contributing to marketing success.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a focus on print and multimedia for events.
• Expertise in creating print materials, with attention to detail and quality.
• Proficiency in AI graphic tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, and Pika Labs.
• A modern portfolio showcasing event and multimedia projects.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, Facebook, Keet) and content strategies.
• Fluent English communication skills; Spanish or Italian is a plus.
• Advanced skills in Figma and Adobe Suite (After Effects is a plus).
• Understanding of branding and adherence to guidelines.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about innovation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
