About The Job

As a Print & Multimedia Designer, you will craft visually compelling print assets for events, campaigns, and multimedia content. Working closely with marketing, business development, and external partners, you will ensure accurate, brand-aligned designs that support successful events and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality print materials and event graphics supporting Tether’s initiatives, ensuring visual consistency and collaborating with production teams for flawless execution.
• Develop visual content for landing pages, social media banners, campaign images, and videos across platforms.
• Design innovative concepts for Tether’s units, focusing on fintech and communication tech.
• Customize content for each channel to boost engagement and traffic.
• Share ideas and insights to contribute to marketing success.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a focus on print and multimedia for events.
• Expertise in creating print materials with attention to detail and quality.
• Proficiency in AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, and Pika Labs.
• A modern portfolio showcasing event and multimedia projects.
• Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and content strategies.
• Fluent English skills; Spanish/Italian is a plus.
• Advanced skills in Figma and Adobe Suite; After Effects is a bonus.
• Strong branding understanding and adherence to guidelines.
• Self-motivated, proactive, passionate about innovation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
