The role requires coordinating large-scale initiatives, influencing engineering directions, and maintaining strong English proficiency in a fully remote environment.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Engineering Management.
• Proven experience coordinating complex programs across multiple engineering teams.
• Strong technical literacy with a background in engineering or systems design.
• Hands-on experience developing and executing high-level technical strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale programs and cross-functional dependencies.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
