Join CI&T to help customize an innovative AI tool developed by our client, utilizing agentic LLMs with a focus on AutoGen to analyze RPG code effectively. Your expertise will be crucial in generating detailed business and technical requirements while creating accelerators that transform these requirements into functional code.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to customize an AI tool that leverages agentic Large Language Models (LLMs), with a focus on AutoGen, to analyze RPG code and generate comprehensive business and technical requirements.

Utilize AutoGen technology to create accelerators that convert reviewed and approved requirements into executable code.

Implement and refine AI models that can interpret RPG code, focusing on enhancing the tool's capabilities to deliver actionable insights for business processes.

Create monitoring tools to assess the effectiveness of the AI tool and its impact on project delivery.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of AI solutions with business objectives.

Stay updated with advancements in AI and machine learning to continuously improve the tool's effectiveness in analyzing RPG code.

Requirements for this challenge:

Expertise in AI and agentic Large Language Models (LLMs), with a strong emphasis on AutoGen.

Advanced or fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal).

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience working in a collaborative, remote environment.

Nice to Have:

Experience with cloud technologies, with a preference for Azure.

Basic understanding of RPG programming language concepts is a plus, but not a requirement.

Familiarity with the mortgage industry would be beneficial.

Previous experience in customizing AI tools for specific business needs.
