What You\'ll Get to Do:
  • Lead the development and GTM strategy of a new product category at Roofr, focused on helping our customers grow their businesses through inbound digital marketing and outbound demand generation
  • Work closely with a major strategic partner on the commercialization and productization of a self-driving digital marketing AI solution
  • Work as part of a dedicated product development team (consisting of you, a product design partner, and a team of software engineers) to productize this solution, as well as to own and build additional complementary offerings in-house
  • Build relationships with pilot customers to better understand their businesses and to identify the most important problems for our top-of-funnel products to solve
  • Partner with leaders of customer-facing teams to operationalize how to sell, onboard, and support this new product category
What You\'ll Bring to the Role:
  • 5+ years of experience as a software product manager, ideally in a high-velocity, B2B SaaS environment
  • A demonstrated ability to break large problems down into smaller, testable hypotheses
  • A strong intuition for product design and user experience
  • Significant customer research, user testing, and/or product analytics experience and expertise

  • You are a clear communicator who can create simple explanations of complex concepts
  • You are curious but skeptical, and don’t settle for the first explanation offered to you
  • You\'re adept at leveraging AI tools to significantly enhance the quality of our PDL
  • You’re a critical thinker who doesn’t settle for the status quo
  • You’re obsessed with providing a world-class user experience
  • You sweat the details
  • You have experience building zero-to-one
  • You have experience working on product integrations and/or managing key strategic partnerships
  • Experience in vertical SaaS field service industries (like roofing, construction, home services) or in digital marketing (SEO, paid ads, reputation management, etc.)
Compensation and Benefits

Compensation band: $160,000.00 - $190,000.00 CAD
