Skills

Must Have

• Fluent English and excellent communication skills
• Expertise in computer science, algorithms, data structures, OOD, and Design Patterns
• Hands-on experience with distributed and high-performance system architecture
• Experience with Confluent Kafka
• Experience with databases, data modeling, and scaling
• A collaborative, engaging personality that contributes positively to team culture
