• Drive engineering best practices, reusable solutions, internal tools, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Promote the effective use of AI‑assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and quality.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Consultant / Tech Lead to lead the technical delivery of complex Oracle NetSuite projects across LATAM.

This role combines strong hands‑on development expertise with technical leadership, customer engagement, and team development. The Tech Lead will own technical solutions, guide developers, ensure delivery quality, and work closely with customers and functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

The role will also contribute to presales activities, technical estimations, solution design, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience & Leadership

• Strong experience in technical consulting, software development, or ERP customization.
• Previous experience as a Technical Lead, Lead Developer, or senior technical contributor.
• Experience mentoring and coaching junior developers.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
• Experience with requirements gathering, technical solution design, and effort estimation.
• Ability to independently manage priorities and make technical decisions.

Languages
