Oracle in Brazil seeks a seasoned ERP consultant to partner with customers, understand their business models, and drive value through NetSuite implementations. You will analyze operations, identify inefficiencies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adoption and success.

Responsibilities include training, workshops, and knowledge transfer, plus steering automation and integrations while aligning objectives with NetSuite capabilities and regulatory requirements.

Qualificações

• Experience in ERP implementations and business process optimization, esp. SaaS or tech models.
• Knowledge of NetSuite or other ERP (SAP, Oracle Cloud, MS Dynamics 365, Workday) in finance/supply chain/subscriptions.
• Experience with Brazilian tax system and accounting.
• BR localization for ERP experience.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-improvement mindset.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English (advanced).
• 5+ years of consulting/ERP implementation or BP optimization in customer-facing roles.

Job Description

• Facilitate customer onboarding by conducting training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer to key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for automation, system integrations, and process enhancements, ensuring scalability and compliance with industry regulations.
• Drive alignment between customer objectives and NetSuite capabilities, achieving consensus on recommended solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in ERP system implementations and business process optimization, particularly in SaaS or technology-driven business models.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules or other ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday, etc.), with expertise in finance, supply chain, or subscription models.
• Experience with Brazilian Tax system and accounting.
• Expertise with BR localization for ERP.
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience in business operations roles.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a strategic mindset for process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English (advanced level), with the ability to communicate effectively internally and participate in trainings.
• A passion for customer success, long‑term relationship building, and process improvement.
• 5+ years of consulting, ERP implementation, or business process optimization experience in customer‑facing roles.
