Job Description

1. Develop relationship with Airlines and Steam Shipping Lines as well as other Service Providers that offer services to our Network.
2. Manage RFQs as well as quotes received at the branch level.
3. Follow-up with Origin and Destination Offices.
4. Manage special deals like baskets and Named Accounts Contracts.
5. Manage and control the sending of quotations to external and internal customers.
6. Monitor the results of quotations with internal and external customers, as well as with the sales team.
7. Register the rates approved by the customers with the Service Providers.
8. Manage access to the quotation system used internally.
9. Manage the performance of lost and won business, as well as main lanes, and raise strategic actions.
10. Provide timely updates to our customers with Market Updates.

Qualifications

1. 6 months experience with Pricing.
2. Effective interpersonal skills.
3. Attention to Detail.
