You'll join Creative Services, our team of expert designers that transforms complex ideas into powerful visual communications, supporting Bain client teams and business partners around the world through high-impact presentation design, storytelling, and data visualization.
You'll work closely with designers, client teams, and business stakeholders, helping the team deliver high-quality work while creating an environment where designers can grow, collaborate, and perform at their best.
As a Design Manager, you will lead and develop a team of designers while ensuring high-quality design delivery for Bain client teams and business partners.
Your primary focus will be people leadership, team development, project leadership, art direction, client communication, and stakeholder management. You will set direction, manage expectations, guide quality, and help your team navigate competing priorities in a fast-paced client service environment.
Your previous design experience will help you understand the work, relate effectively to designers and client teams, and provide credible guidance.
This role follows a hybrid model, requiring in-office presence at least 2 days per week.
