Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customer executives and internal teams to uncover pain points and demonstrate the potential of the platform
• Drive enterprise architecture and design engagements that align with customer initiatives
• Shape and communicate a compelling vision connecting customers’ strategies with the platform
• Conduct workshops and create deliverables that advise on strategic architecture and governance best practices
• Represent the employer in panels and community forums, sharing best practices and industry insights

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT experience, including 10+ years in pre-sales or delivery-focused roles
• 5+ years of experience working with or implementing the employer's solutions
• Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
• Expertise in designing and managing advanced architectures in application domains
• Excellent communication and executive engagement skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Enterprise Architecture or Application Architecture pre-sales in a software vendor or professional services environment
• Familiarity with Enterprise and Industry Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, IT4IT, BIAN, TMForum)
• Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams
• Passion for building business relationships and driving customer-centric proposals
• Up-to-date with emerging technology trends and developments
