What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Partner with customer executives and internal colleagues to identify pain points and demonstrate the transformative potential of the service platform
• Drive enterprise architecture and design engagements that align platform capabilities with strategic customer initiatives
• Shape and communicate a compelling vision that connects customer business strategies with the enterprise AI platform
• Conduct workshops to create customer deliverables that advise on strategy, architecture, and industry best practices
• Collaborate internally to ensure customer requirements are integrated into sales proposals and product development

What is Required (Qualifications)

• 15+ years of IT experience, including 10+ years influencing senior technology leaders in pre-sales or delivery-focused roles
• 5+ years of experience working with or implementing solutions in the relevant platform
• Expertise in designing and managing advanced architectures in an application domain
• Current certification as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Excellent communication and executive engagement skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with Enterprise Architecture or Application Architecture pre-sales in a software vendor or professional services environment
• Familiarity with Enterprise and Industry Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, IT4IT, BIAN, TMForum)
• Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams
• Passion for building business relationships and driving customer-centric proposals
• Up-to-date knowledge of emerging technology trends and developments
