Job Description

Fairmont El San Juan Hotel is seeking a Prep Cook responsible for maintaining and setting up food production, ensuring quality control of all meat, fish, poultry, sauces, stocks, seasonings, and other food items prepared across various kitchen stations.

Qualifications
Qualification Standards
Education & Skills
  • Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Culinary or Apprenticeship program preferred.
  • Ability to speak English and Spanish.
Experience
  • Two to five years of cooking experience required; prior hotel and restaurant experience preferred.
  • Hospitality experience preferred.
