What we are looking for
  • Lead the commercial and agronomic development in the region.
  • Responsible for the sales growth strategies and tactics to grow Precision Planting's sales and product penetration through the retrofit dealer channel on the region.
  • Responsible for the deployment of the Right approach and Challenge sales methodology with the dealers in the region.
  • Responsible for the agronomic development of the distributors.
What are you going to do
  • Commercial development of the retrofit channel in the region
  • Responsible for all dealer channel sales activities in the specified regions.
  • Promote the agronomic development
  • Deployment of the Challenge Sales Approach
  • Building a strong and solid sales process
  • Deployment of the Sales/Quoting Website, as our Sales Management tool
  • Develop product and dollar forecasts for the retail dealer channel in the regions.
What do you need
  • Bachelor degree in agriculture studies or Business Administration, MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years experience in professional sales and/or Management roles.
  • Languages: English (advanced). Excellent communication and teaching skills.
  • Sales Skills: Highly motivated.
