We’re looking for a Walmart PPC Advertising Specialist to lead the strategy and execution of Walmart Connect ad campaigns. In this role, you’ll work closely with our eCommerce and marketing teams to increase product visibility, maximize ROAS, and align advertising efforts with our business goals.
We're also open to candidates with strong Amazon PPC experience who are eager to transition into Walmart advertising—training will be provided for the right person.
Key Responsibilities:
-Plan, launch, and manage Walmart Sponsored Product and Sponsored Brand campaigns.
-Monitor and optimize performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, ACoS, and ROAS.
-Conduct keyword research, trend analysis, and competitive research.
-Build and implement strategies for new product launches, promotions, and seasonal pushes.
-Collaborate with the content and creative teams to improve listing quality for better ad performance.
-Provide weekly/monthly performance reporting and KPI analysis.
-Stay updated with Walmart Connect platform changes, beta features, and industry best practices.
-Analyze attribution models and understand shopper behavior within Walmart’s ecosystem.
Preferred Qualifications:
-2+ years of experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns (or other marketplace ads)
-Proven success achieving ROAS or ACoS goals.
-Strong knowledge of Walmart Connect ad types, or equivalent Amazon Ads knowledge.
-Proficiency with tools such as Helium 10, Pacvue, Walmart Ad Center, or similar.
-Deep understanding of bid strategy, budget pacing, and keyword optimization.
-Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
-Experience with Walmart Seller Center, Amazon Seller Central, or Shopify.
-Strong communication and reporting skills.

-Experience in the skincare or beauty industry.
-Familiarity with omnichannel strategies or multi-marketplace environments.
-Data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
