As a PowerBI developer (6 month engagement - until the end of 2025) at Space Inch, you’ll help our client, a global FinTech company, build out their PowerBI reporting, supporting their internal team by providing and building the right PowerBI solutions.

• 5+ years in PowerBI development role
• Experience working with financial data and financial institutions
• Familiarity with investment banking and data structures (portfolios, transactions, trades etc.)
• Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, data modeling with Power BI
• Hands-on experience in integrating PowerBI to various data sources: SQL databases, APIs, cloud platforms, etc.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets
• Experience with reports optimization
• Deep understanding of ETL processes
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with version control tools

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain (new and existing) PowerBI reports and dashboards to support investment decision making and bring valuable insights in investment fintech sector
• Integrate Power BI with various different data sources (SQL databases, APIs, cloud-based systems, Excel and proprietary financial systems)
• Build, maintain and manage data models (DAX, Power Query)
• Optimize reports performances
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts as well as business stakeholders to translate requirements into interactive dashboards
