Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Power BI Analyst to design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports, extracting and transforming data from multiple sources to deliver actionable insights.

You will analyze complex data, develop robust data models, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions. This remote role offers flexible hours and competitive compensation in USD or local currency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Power BI and advanced business intelligence tools.
• Proven track record of developing complex data analysis and visualization solutions.
• Expert-level skills in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience in creating and implementing data governance and quality standards.
• Strong communication skills for presenting technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced level of English.
