BairesDev, a remote-first technology partner, seeks an Analytics Engineer focused on Power BI and Microsoft Fabric to turn data into actionable insights. You will model data, create semantic models, and design interactive dashboards that reveal key business signals from the data platform to the presentation layer.

Responsibilities include optimizing data pipelines and refresh schedules, applying governance controls, and partnering with stakeholders to iterate reports.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in analytics engineering or business intelligence.
• Proven expertise building reports and semantic models with Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including data pipelines and lakehouse features.
• Strong SQL and DAX skills, with a solid understanding of data modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
