The European Commission is offering a post-doctoral fellowship in Brazil at the UNESP Institute of Biosciences. Candidates with a Ph.D. and experience in neurodevelopmental disorders are invited to apply. The fellowship includes a monthly compensation of R$ 12,000 and a research fund, fostering innovation in assistive technology.

The fellowship will be granted by the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP), within the scope of the project entitled “Multidisciplinary Center for the Development of Assistive Technology (MCDAT)” (FAPESP grant number 24/01132-2 ),a partnership between the Faculty ofSciences and FAPESP, under the 2023 Call for Proposals for the establishment ofScience Centers for Development (SCD).

The fellowship recipient must:

I. Hold a graduate degree (Ph.D.) in a field compatible with the project’s development;

II. Have proven knowledge and experience with learning difficulties and neurodevelopment disorders;

III. Have published at least five (05) international and/or national articles.

The selected fellow will work at the Institute of Biosciences atUNESP's campus in Rio Claro.

This opportunity is open to candidates of any nationality. The selected candidate will receive a FAPESP Post-Doctoral fellowship in the amount of R$ 12,000.00 monthly and a research contingency fund, equivalent to 10% of the annual value of the fellowship which should be spent on items directly related to the research activity.
