Events & Logistics:

• Manage all aspects of an event from pre-planning, resource needs, pre-event marketing, on-site coordination, to post-event follow-up
• Order supplies needed for events and ensure timely delivery
• Assist in site and vendor selection, negotiating rates and terms
• Develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Supervise suppliers at events, assign duties, and provide direction

Development of Products for Sales Team:

• Support senior sales teams and representatives in developing new products
• Create and improve products to support sales objectives

Job Requirements:

• Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (both written and spoken)
• Basic experience managing all aspects of events
• Strong organizational skills for supply management and timely delivery
• Leadership skills to supervise staff and assign responsibilities
• Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships
• Experience in site and vendor selection, negotiation skills
