An established industry player is seeking a dynamic executive to lead the development and implementation of innovative brand strategies. This role is pivotal in driving growth across therapeutic areas, optimizing product lifecycles, and forging strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial management, P&L oversight, and team leadership, along with a deep understanding of the Brazilian healthcare landscape. This executive will be responsible for developing and implementing a consistent, cross-functional brand strategy for assets transitioning from Global to International TA, until handover to IBBI. The role involves evolving global early brand strategies, such as Integrated Product Strategies (IPS), into competitive, cross-functional launch plans tailored for core IMI markets, laying the foundation for the success of Novartis' future blockbusters.
Key responsibilities:
Experience working with sales teams of varying expertise and maturity levels is also essential.
A proven track record in P&L and commercial management, along with expertise in end-to-end portfolio management, is necessary.
